Hello,
I just wanted to use your service but before had a quick look at the homepage of the Austrian Foreign Ministry. Now I'm confused, because it says there that for Austrian Citizens the VOA is not possible. Can you please tell me about your experience concerning Austrian Citizens using VOA?
