Hi,
I am an Indian and working in Taiwan. Planning to visit Vietnam for 5-days from Taiwan. Could you please let me know whether i need visa to visit and also overall Visa fee need to pay. Do i need to book flight and hotel before start the visa approval process.

The visa fee for 1 month single is 12 USD/person (not including 25$ in cash for stamping fee at Vietnam airport)
It takes 2 working days for processing visa
