when i have to apply the visa?

Could you please advise us your nationality? As each country has different requirement about visa. Normally, you can put estimated date of arrival and then you can enter Vietnam any time in accepted period which depends on your visa (1 month or 3 months).  The visa will be valid from your arrival date, which will be the date you give us in the application, not the date you apply for visa.
