I have the wrong entry point on my evisa, was planning on taking the bus from phnom Pehn to Ho Chi Minh but I accidentally put on Ho Chi Minh airport.. will they allow me entry if I take the bus and try to cross the border

Hello,
Im planning to visit Vietnam in april 2020 in a cruise. We are 3 dominicans citizens that want to know:
1.It is valid an evisa to enter to Vietnam by Phu My (Ho Chi Mhin City) port?
2. Do we need to get an evisa however we are only going to spend 24 hours in Vietnam or do we need to get a stamped visa in the nearest consulate? We do not have consulate in DR.
