Hello,
I was wondering in regards to these photos, if they're the same photo is this acceptable? Passport photos are generally given in pairs, so they would be the same. Also, are these photos only used to verify my ID and then given back to me?

Thanks for your mail
We are pleased to inform that you don't need to prepare 2 photos which are the same in your passport, as long as they is just taken under 6 months and has 4x6cm passport size, or you can take picture at Vietnam airport with 5 USD. Also, you have to submit them to The Immigration Department to get visa stamp and certainly you won't be given back.
