Thank you for your question.
If you enter Vietnam one time, you just need to apply for a single entry visa. As Nha Trang and Hochiminh is all in Vietnam. In case, you leave Vietnam during your stay and come back, you will need to apply a multiple entry visa which will allow you to arrive in Vietnam many times within the time your visa is valid.
