Thanks for your question
If you are coming with Spain passport holder, you no need visa for staying 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far at least 30 days the next visit and your passport valid at least 6 months.
If case you don't have enough condition above or stay longer, please apply visa
With visa on arrival, you have to pay stamping fee in cash upon arrival
