First of all, we would like to inform with you that our normal procedure just takes 24-48 hours.

Secondly, you can apply as soon as possible if you have a real plan or you have booked flight ticket already because your Visa will be valid from the arrival date you choose to apply, it is not to be counted since you apply Visa.
