Clarity on visa process

May 21, 2015

Hi,

We are planning to visit Vietnam soon. While going through the “on arrival visa” process, we realized that there is a service fee to be paid before receiving the confirmation letter. Please let me know whether this is same as USD 45/- which we have to pay on arrival or a separate charge. If it is separate please let me know the amount. Moreover can we apply visa as a family or whether we should apply and take confirmation letters on individual basis. In above 2 scenarios how will the service fee applicable. Awaiting your reply. Thanks.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thanks for your question,

We are pleased to inform that when you apply for Vietnam visa on arrival, you have to pay 2 fees: One is for service fee and the other is for stamping fee.

You can apply for a group as a family and don't need to separate for each application. After 2 working days, we will send the approval letter to you via email, You just need to print it out and use it to get visa at the airport when you arrive.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact us,

Thanks & regards,

Evisa Team
