Hi I have a residency visa MM2H till 2023. I plan to make a tour in VietNam in next September. Can you confirm me if I need a visa as french citizen or not as Malaysian. I leave in Penang..

Could you please clarify your nationality (French or Malaysia)? By the way, France are exempted from Visa if staying in Vietnam less than 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far at least 30 days the next visit. And Malaysia do not need a Vietnam visa if they visit Vietnam within 30 days.
