I am citizen of Poland, my boyfriend is citizen of US. We both live in China and we hold a Chinese resident permit. The 15th of January we want to cross Chinese-Vietnamese border by train from Nanning ( border crossing Hữu Nghị). Is it possible to across the border in that point with e-visa?
