my name is seth and im a Ghanaiana with a Ghana passport.i want to visit vietnam next month.upon my research i found out that i have to apply online for a visa approval letter and then the visa will be issued upon arrival.there are no vietnamese embassy in my neighbouring countries.i want to know how true this is before i proceeed to apply online.does the visa upon arrival involve ghana passport holders
