I don´t know if I need a VISA to get in to Vietnam for tourism 14 days.

According to the Vietnamese Immigration Department's Regulations, from July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016, Spain passport holders have 15 days Vietnam Visa exemption if they did not enter the country within last 30 days. Because you will arrive Vietnam in August, you need Visa.
