Hi
I applied for my visa and when the site said my card was declined, I payed with a different card. However, the money got taken off both cards so I paid for my visa twice. How can I get 25 US$ back?
I have since gotten my visa and was also wondering if it is enough for me to print out the visa grant or if there are any other documents I need to print?
