Information of visa process.

We would like to inform you that in your case, there are 2 methods to apply the visa. Firstly, you can totally apply visa online ( Visa on arrival ) through our wesite http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. Then you have to make a payment, your visa will be processed within 2 working days if you choose normal service type, or 4-8 working hours for urgent service type.After that,we will send you the Approval Letter issued by Viet Nam Immigration Department via email.  You have to print it out and bring it along your flight.

About the fee, it depends on how long you plan to stay in Viet Nam and how many time you enter Viet Nam.

Secondly, you also can apply your Visa at the Viet Nam Embassy in your current living country. However, the fee can not be control and we do not know clearly about it.

For the Stamping Fee, it is the fee you will might to pay ( by cash only ) at the Viet Nam airport in order to get the Visa Stamp to enter Viet Nam officially.

In brief, when you arrive Viet Nam, you must bring your Approval Letter, Passport, 2 passport photos 4x6, cash for stamping fee, application form.
