We are US flying from USA to Hanoi for 3 days in Dec 2016 , then flying Hanoi to Siem Reap for 5 days , then returning to Hanoi for 1 week before leaving for USA. What type of VISA do we need and what are the costs?

We would like to inform that
From Aug 25 2016, The Immigration Department will approve 1 type of visa - One Year Multiple Entries Visa for US citizens only. However, you can stay 90 days maximum per visit for Tourist purpose and 1 year for business purpose.
The fee is 35 USD/pax for Tourist and 350 USD/pax for business
The stamping fee: 135 USD/pax in cash
