My mother holding taiwan passport .. our departure date is monday 12-21-2014. Can she be able to get visa approval within the day since today is friday.

We are pleased to inform that Filipino can stay in Vietnam 21 days without visa, if you stay in Vietnam less than 21 days, you don't need to get visa. But your mother has to get visa even though she just stays in Vietnam 1 day.
