I am Italian citizen holding Italian passport and will spend in Vietnam around 10 days in forthcoming July for tourism.

Thanks for your question!
If you just stay in Vietnam for 10 days, you do not need visa. However, the previous visit must be far from the next one at least 30 days. In addition, the passport must be valid at least 6 months
