Hi - I read on TripAdvisor that some agencies combine multiple people on a single letter, including strangers: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Travel-g293921-c148049/Vietnam:Faq.Visa.On.Arrival.Voa.html
Do you issue separate letters for each of your customers? I would prefer to not have my information shared with people I do not know.

Normally, single entry visa , you just can arrive Vietnam 01 time.
For multiple entries visa, you can arrive Vietnam for many times.
