Hi There i have applied for a visa as stated below

Arrival Time : 06.30 PM
Number of Applicants : 2
Visa Service Fee : 53 USD/pax
Visa Stamping Fee : 50 USD/pax
Airport Fast Track : 20 USD/pax
Total Services Charge : 246 USD
Do I still need to pay 65$/ per person on arrival?
Also for the fast track, they come with our name on a board to pick us up from the exit of the ship, is that correct?
