According to the instructions above, "...stamping fee ($45 for single entry; $65 for multiple entry visa)". I will fly into Vietnam, stay for a week. Then I fly to Thailand for a week and then fly back to Vietnam for a couple of days before flying home to the States. Do I need to pay the single entry feel or the multiple entry visa fee? Thank you!
