I need to know for Indian passport holder.
if we apply for E VISA then do have to pay for VISA stamp again or its included in the online charges.

Dear Garima Shah,
In case you enter Vietnam by airport, you can apply visa on arrival or electronic visa as well.
With electronic visa, you can pay stamp fee online but you have to pay stamp fee in cash at the airport with visa on arival.
