Why does the Visa Approval letter you sent me list 15 other people on it? I am travelling alone and do not know any of these people? Does that mean you have also give my Date of Birth and Passport Number to those people?

Dear Annoyed,
You can use this letter to enter Vietnam without any problems.
As you did not apply for private letter so the Immigration Office issued the normal one which will show your name and others who applied visa at the same time like yours
On our websites, there is 01 option called “PRIVATE LETTER” (with surcharge 10USD). Next time, if you would like to keep your information only, you can choose this extra service.
