Hi I am Canadian arriving in Vietnam (Hanoi) on Fen 26th 2018 (from Siem Reap).
After we arrive we will also fly Hai Phong to Phu Quoc (on March 5) and
Phu Quoc - Ho Chi Min – Bankgkok (on March 10th)
Do we need the single entry visa ($19) or the Multiple entry via ($24) ??

Based on your itinerary, single visa is good enough. Hanoi, Hai Phong, Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Minh are in Vietnam.
