Hello,
I am. Flying into Vietnam from tawain, leaving to go to Cambodia and then flying back to Vietnam for a visit and then flying back to tawain. I know I need a multiple entry visa. But I'm concerned about hassle and processing time at the airport. I fly into Vietnam from tawain at 10:30 pm. Due to the late time, I am nervous of difficulty or complications with the visa along arrival. How often does this happen?

Please do not worry about that, the Immigration ofice at the airport opens 24/7, so even you arrive late at night, you can still get the visa normally, and it won't taking too long.
