Hello, I read somewhere that I can have a pick up service once I arrive in Vietnam to the visa officer, faster service. Is this available?

Dear Ms. Isabel Willick,
We would like to inform that with visa on arrival, you need to get the approval letter beforehand to board the plane. Travellers cannot get the visa directly at the arrival airport without the letter.
