Can you tell me how far in advance I can get a Vietnam tourist visa. I want an e visa. I am entering Vietnam from Cambodia on a Mekong river cruise and cross the border on approximately March 27. Can I get an e visa if I am not flying into Vietnam. I will leave the country by plane . Thank you.
