Hello,
Do Australian PR(Permanent Residents) need a visa to enter Vietnam.
Please Advise
.
Also do u need to have a transit Visa if you changing planes in Vietnam.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We just process visa based on the passport, not Permanent Residents. So you need to apply visa when entering Vietam. Besides that, if you just travel within Vietnam, you only need to have visa when arriving only, NO NEED Transit Visa.
