Hallo, my son is going travelling round south east Asia for4 months from April- August 2016. He wants to visit Vietnam and may enter across the border from Thailand not via an airport. He is not sure when in the 4 months he will visit. Can he get a visa at a border point if he enters on the train ? Thanks
