We would like to confirm that you are Ukraine citizen, so you are still required Visa to enter Vietnam.

You can apply for Visa on arrival on our website here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. Firstly, you fill out the application form and settle your payment for the Visa fee which is 19USD/person for 1 month single entry Tourist Visa. After receiving your application form and your payment, we will process your Visa and send you the Visa approval letter via your email. Then you print the letter out and use it to get Visa stamp at the Vietnam airport upon arrival.
