For Electronic visa you have to give the exact arrival and exit port for the procedure and you have to enter the correct port which you have put. It can Not be changed.

And please note that once you applied for E-VISA, it will be non-refundable for any reasons, even the Vietnam Immigration processes your visa with wrong information
