Hi,
I will now use your service for visa for my girldfriend. We will arrive in Hanoi at 27th of setptember.
We are asked to give departure dayte. We are planning to go back very early oktoober 4th, but ight change to october 3rd. Is it ok to change return date after we have visa letter? Or should we wait to have visa letter?

Thanks for your concern,
You can apply your visa on arrival with us from now at this link for your trip https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
For visa on arrival you can enter Vietnam after your arrival date which you put in the letter as normal ( Your letter have to be validity)
Apply visa online, You will get visa stamp on the passport upon arrival, All you need to do is fill your information in the form and make payment online.
After that, we will send You the approval letter via email, please print it out to board the plane and use it to get visa stamp on the passport upon arrival.
