b) how much I must pay to that letter?
c) how long does it take you to send me the letter?

We can help you to process ELECTRONIC VISA which you can use it to enter Vietnam by border
checkpoints (BY LAND AND SEA). However, we just help you to process 1 MONTH SINGLE TOURIST or
