We will be arriving in Vietnam in October 2015 on a Royal Carribean cruise ship. Would there be an immigration officer there? How long is the visa good for?

If you enter by cruise, please try to contact with the cruise company, normally they can help customers with visa, or contact with the Vietnam embassy in your country or the nearest one for visa.
