Visa Exemption in July

May 21, 2017
We are planning to spend 13 days in Vietnam in July. The UK foreign travel advice website says that UK citizens are visa exempt for up to 15 days travel in Vietnam. However it also says that this is only confirmed until 30th June 2017. Can you please confirm if we will be visa exempt for our trip in July or if we will need to apply for a visa?

Dear Ryan Bendelow,

Thank you for your question.

At present time, we haven't heard any new policy from Vietnam Immigration. So you should wait until the end of June to check again whether visa exemption policy for your nationality is extended or not.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any question.

Best Regards,

Elly

But we plan on coming to Vietnam on 1st July so that gives us absolutely no time to sort things if policy changes?!!!

Dear Dear Ryan Bendelow,

In this case, you can contact us back on June or visit our website: https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/ Any changes about the Policy from Immigration Department,  we will update for you regularly.

Please do not worry, in case you need a visa, you can apply for visa on arrival online. It will take 2 working days to process for you only.

Kind reagrds,

Amanda - Evisa team
