As our Colleague have to attend a business meeting in Vietnam, could you confirm the possibility to get and pay visa fees on arrival for Tunisian citizen because, we do not have Vietnam Embassy in Tunisia. Our Issue is that it is quite complicated to pay an invoice with foreign currency from Tunisia.

After completing the application form, you will settle your payment by credit card. If you get difficulty with this payment method, you can use Western Union or Banking Transfer to pay for the fee.
