With Mexican passport holders, we just can process visa on arrival for you which is used to enter VIETNAM by airport
If you enter VIETNAM by airport, please apply at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
If you are crossing borders, you should apply with VIETNAM EMBASSY in oder to get visa beforehand on your passport
