Hello,
I'm Italian and travelling to Vietnam from Cambodia the 23rd of July.
I read that since July 1st Italian people are exempted for a stay shorter than 15 days.
So I don't need to apply for a visa, right?

According to The Vietnamese Immigration's Law, The Italian passport holders can visit Vietnam 15 days without Visa, if they have not enter Vietnam at least 30 days ago.
So that you do not need Visa to arrive Vietnam.
