My question is
Can I travel to Vietnam not on the intended date?
For example, the intended dates were: 01OCT in / 07OCT out
Could I change to 02OCT to 06OCT after the Approval Letter was granted.

Thanks for your question!
It is informed that once your visa is approved, you can not change anything. However, you can enter Vietnam after the arrival date which is granted on the letter without any problems
