I'm italian and I have read that I don't need a visa if I stay in Vietnam less than 15 days, but how are the days counted ?
For example, if I'll arrive in Vietnam on 1st of february without a visa, I must go out of the country on 15 ? Or on 14 ?

The visa exemption will be counted with your check-in and check-out time
Specially, if you arrive in Vietnam on 1st of february, you can leave the country on the 15th of February. It is counted as 14 days (15-1=14)
