Hello, we have these flights for entering Vietnam:
- August 6th: EY 441, arriving from Dubai to Ho Chi Minh at 7 p.m.
- August 6th: EY 7764, departing from Ho Chi Minh to Ha Noi at 8.30 p.m.
In which airport should we apply for VISA? HCMC or Ha Noi?

Dear Raffaele Bassi,
According to The Immigration Department's rule, you have to get visa at the first airport when you arrive Vietnam. Thus, in this case, you must get visa stamp at Hochiminh airport and please fill Hochiminh airport in visa application form.
