Hello,
Our group is arriving in Ho Chi minh on Jan 31, but we have a quick connection flight to Hanoi. We leave Hanoi on Feb 4 and fly back to Ho Chi Minh, and leave Ho chi minh the next day, Feb 5.
I am wondering what airport we can apply for the visa VOA....if we can do it in Hanoi it's fine....however if we have to do it in ho Chi Minh on Jan 31 we will not make our connecting flight to Hanoi (only a 1.5 layover). Please let me know. Thank you.
