hi good day sir/maam, I would like to ask if it is possible for me (Philippine citizen) and my husband (French citizen)to go out in vietnam airport which is Ho Chi Minh while waiting for our next flight because we're going to stop in the Ho Chi Minh airport and our next flight going to France will be after 13 hours of stay there in the airport. thank you, hoping for your answer aida marchand
