We have an employee who will be travelling to Hanoi next month for work. I want to make sure that we have covered all the steps in the process. Where can I get instructions/forms on what will be needed? Do you have any idea about immunizations?

We would like to confirm that after receiving your application form, we will send you the Visa approval letter which is issued by The Vietnamese Immigration Department via email. Then, you print it out and use it to get Visa stamp at the airport when you arrive Vietnam.
