I am a SA travelling on a South African passport to Vietnam on a cruisliner from Hong Kong. Do i need a visa and a yellow fever certificate. My husband has a British pasport, what are his requirements.

We would like to confirm that you need to contact to the Vietnam Embassy to get. With this Visa you are able to arrive Vietnam normally without the yellow fever certificate. About your husband, UK passport holders have 15 days Vietnam Visa exemption. So if you stay in Vietnam less than 15 days, he does not need Visa.
