I visited HCMC on 01 Feb 2018 without visa, then I went to hong kong on 03 Feb 2018,and want to enter HCMC again on 11 Feb 2018,do i need to have an approval letter?

Hi Peter,
You need an pproval letter on your second visit, since the exemption is for single entry only. If you wish to continue enjoying the program, please wait at least 30 days to reenter Vietnam.
