Hi.
I want to travel to Ho Chi Minh next month but am not exactly sure of my arrival date, I will only be there for two weeks but will apply for the one month visa, my question is can I say for example state that I will be arriving on the 21st but actually arrive on the 24th? Is that an issue, or do I have to be specific on my arrival date.?

We would like to inform that you need have visa to enter Vietnam. You can estimate your arrival time to apply visa,( for example: 01 month, 03 months, 06 months, 01 years). The visa letter will valid with your given date on the letter from arrival date. If you apply visa with arrival date on 21st, you still can enter on 24th without any problem.
