I have been trying to contact your embassy in Abu Dhabi but it seems like the lines are down.

I am residing in the UAE and am planning on visiting Vietnam next month.

I will be entering Vietnam from Hong Kong via a cruise ship (and not via an airport) so could you please clarify if an online application will work even for sea port entry?

If not, could you please let me know how and where I can get the appropriate visa in order for us to enjoy our shore excursions in Vietnam, and what documents I would need to submit in order to get that visa. Also grateful if you could let me know approximately how long it will take for me to get the visa in hand.
