Why the 65 usd? This does not sound legit.
Why pay for your visa and then pay again in cash and american dollars when you get there? If it is real is it easy for swedish people traveling from australia?

We would like to inform that Swedish passport holders do not need visa if staying in Vietnam less than 15 days. If you are going to stay in Vietnam more than 15 days, you have to apply visa and you can do it at our website.
In addition, when you apply at our website, you will pay the servive fee to process visa for us then you must pay the stamping fee in cash for Vietnam Immigration at the airport to get visa stamp, not us.
