I arrive on 23 oct and stay until 29 oct 2016. Do i need a visa to enter Vietname with my Dutch passport? I arrive on a sunday, do i pay extra for that? Can also get an automatic entry visa when i arrive in HCM without applying it for advance?

We would like to inform that Dutch need to get visa for Vietnam. And you need to apply visa in advance so that you can have visa approval letter from Vietnam Immmigration which allow you to get visa directly at Vietnam airport. If you apply visa now or before you arrive 1 week, you do not need to pay extra for your entry on Sunday.
For applying visa, you just need to fill in the application form at our website here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html . When we receive your payment, we will process and send visa approval letter via your email within 2 working days (for tourist visa). Then you can print this letter out to board the plane and get visa stamp directly at Vietnam airport.
